Based on the actual situation of having numerous production links and diverse operation scenarios, the company carefully designed three training modules. In the part of regulatory interpretation, the lecturer focused on interpreting the Work Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Work Safety Regulations of Hebei Province and the Reward and Reporting System of Hebei Province. Combining industry cases, he conducted an in-depth analysis of the boundaries of enterprise safety responsibilities and employees' rights and obligations, and elaborated on the implementation details of the hidden danger reporting reward mechanism, laying a solid foundation of legal knowledge for all employees. In the safety knowledge and skills training module, aiming at the common safety risks in the production of irrigation equipment, it systematically explained basic protection knowledge such as fire prevention, explosion prevention and electric shock prevention, and detailed the specifications for confined space operations and the correct use of labor protection articles. Through detailed analysis, employees' safety awareness was enhanced. The risk management and control session focused on safety risk identification methods and hierarchical management and control measures, guiding employees to master the complete process from hidden danger investigation to emergency disposal.
